Abstract
► Cow's milk (1% M.F.) reduced subjective appetite compared to water. ► Total caloric intake at meal-time was greater following caloric beverages. ► Cow's milk (1% M.F.) provides better post-meal glycemic response. ► Meals with milk provided higher intakes of protein, vitamins and minerals.
