Abstract
⺠Cow's milk (1% M.F.) reduced subjective appetite compared to water. ⺠Total caloric intake at meal-time was greater following caloric beverages. ⺠Cow's milk (1% M.F.) provides better post-meal glycemic response. ⺠Meals with milk provided higher intakes of protein, vitamins and minerals.
