Abstract
Luteolin and quercetin inhibited Akt/mTOR/c-Myc signaling in cancer cells. The highly RPS19 activated by c-Myc in A431-III cells contributes migration and invasion of cancer cells through EMT signaling. Luteloin and quercetin repressed RPS19 protein level and transactivation activity to inhibit cell mobility in cancer cells.192
