Abstract
Thus, the no-observed-adverse-effect-level (NOAEL) was judged to be a dietary level of at least 5.0% (3127Â mg/kg body weight/day for males, 3362Â mg/kg body weight/day for females) for beta-carotene derived from B. trispora under the present experimental conditions.
