Abstract
Ultimately thin monomolecular ordered stable polymeric nanocomposite films containing incorporated ligand-stabilized Au101 nanoclusters were formed and characterized by STM and transmission electron microscopy techniques. It was demonstrated that obtained nanocomposite films can be perspective for the room temperature single-electron devices. The method proposed is perspective for design and fabrication of new controlled-morphology organized planar polymeric composite nanostructured materials, films and coatings including ultimately thin monolayer films.
