Clinical relevance of source location in frontal lobe epilepsy and prediction of postoperative long-term outcome

- We retrospectively analyze the long term postoperative outcome in FLE patients with MSI presurgical evaluation.
- Monofocal MEG cluster reveals better postoperative outcome than multifocal cluster.
- Completeness of lesionectomy was related to better postoperative outcome.
- Surgery on non-dominant hemisphere related to better outcome.
- Seizure recurrence mainly occurred in the first one year after surgery.
