► Exposure to physical hazards leads to a 3% point rise in the odds of voluntary employee turnover. ► Working in night shift results in an 11% point hike. ► Having an unsupportive boss leads to a 6% point jump. ► High involvement work practices mitigate the adverse effects of workplace hazards. ► The worker improves the 5-year odds of rectifying workplace adversities by quitting the firm.
