Mort, mort encéphalique et don d'organe : approche anthropo-philosophique

Death is individually a more or less accepted event in the course of life. The decision of death may also be in the hand of others (family or doctors) when organ transplantation became an issue. We question the construction of death for deciding the transplantation since death is not the only result of brain failure, and which brain failure, but relies on cultural and technical views. The organ donors are expecting a clear cut definition of death that will not conflict with their beliefs and their fright of physical donation.
