Online chromatic and scale-space microvessel-tracing analysis for transmitted light optical images

► Two algorithms to analyse in-vivo vasculature have been implemented online. ► CA4P induced protracted functional impairment of tumour blood vessels. ► Scale-space traced vessels and detected temporal reduction in vessel length and diameter. ► Chromaticity followed tissue colour and detected disturbance in oxygenation.
