Experiencia de vacunación frente a gripe A/H1N1 en ámbito hospitalario

Our vaccination rate was higher than in the general population, because health workers are a risk group in whom vaccination is indicated. Pandemrix was the most commonly administered vaccine, and is indicated in people of working age, as in our case. With respect to the risk-benefit ration of A/H1N1 influenza vaccination, our results show that, given the mildness of symptoms and the small number of adverse reactions, vaccination remains favourable and necessary.
