Die subtalare Arthrorise mittels Kalix® Implantat beim flexiblen Knick-Senkfuß

ZusammenfassungVerschiedene Operationstechniken sind zur Korrektur des flexiblen kindlichen und adoleszenten Knicksenkfusses beschrieben. Sinus tarsi Implantate und die subtalare Schraubenarthrorise gewinnen zunehmend an Bedeutung. Sie sind minimalinvasiv anwendbar und berücksichtigen die individuelle Anatomie: sei es durch die verschiedenen Implantatgrößen, sei es durch die angepasste Schraubenblockierung des Rückfußvalgus. In eine retrospektiven Untersuchung gingen die klinischen und radiologischen Daten von 20 Füßen bei 10 Patienten ein, die mit einem Sinus tarsi Implantat seit 2006 versorgt wurden. Der präoperative AOFAS Rückfußscore besserte sich bei den 18 mit dem Kalix® Impalantat versorgten Füßen von 70 Punkten präoperativ auf 96 Punkte postoperativ. Radiologisch besserte sich der TMT I Index von durchschnittlich −36 auf −8. Der Winkel nach Costa-Bartani und der Winkel nach Kite, sowie der Talusneigungswinkel und der Calcaneusneigungswinkel erhielten durchschnittlich eine Korrektur hin zu Normwerten.

SummaryVarious surgical techniques have been described for the correction of the flexible infantile or adolescent flat foot. Sinus tarsi-implants and subtalar screw arthroereisis have become increasingly important. These procedures can be done minimally invasive and allow for individual anatomy either by supplying various implant sizes or by customised blocking of the hind foot valgus with a screw. In a retrospective study we looked at clinical and radiological data of 10 patients with 20 sinus tarsi-implants since 2006. 18 of these were Kalix® implants. In these 18 feet the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) hind foot-ankle score improved from 70 points pre-operatively to 96 points at follow-up. Radiologically the TMT index improved on average from −36 to −8. Costa-Bartani angle and Kite angle as well as talar and calcaneal tilt angle reached normal values post-operatively.
