Cáncer de endometrio en la premenopausia

Endometrial cancer is the most frequent genital neoplasm. The incidence of this tumor is higher in women aged more than 50 years old and less than 25% of cases occur in premenopausal women. To determine the epidemiological, clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic features of these tumors, we performed a retrospective, descriptive study of endometrial cancers in premenopausal women diagnosed in our service.
