Cervical adenocarcinomas are rare, representing 5-10% of all cervical malignancies. Among this type of malignancy, clear cell adenocarcinomas account for 4-9%. The most important prognostic factor is tumoral stage, and consequently early diagnosis is essential due to its impact on patient survival. We report a case of clear cell cervical adenocarcinoma without diethylstilbestrol exposure and describe the diagnostic process.
