Syndromes lymphoprolifératifs après transplantation rénale : incidence et particularités cliniques et évolutives

PTLD was observed in 2.2% of our patients, with an annual incidence of 0.32%. It resulted in a decrease of both patients' and grafts' survivals. Preventive measures, including the improvement of the monitoring of immunosuppressive drugs and the prevention of viral infections, should be considered to reduce the risk of PTLD.
