Kystes radiculodentaires à développement intra-sinusien maxillaire

Radicular cysts are cystic transformations of apical dental granulomas. These common, almost always trivial formations can become a source of sometimes severe complications. Confusion with simple maxillary sinusitis is common when the cyst develops inside the maxillary sinus. Clinicians should therefore be well aware of this pathological condition to enable proper diagnosis and adapted treatment. We report two cases of radicular cyst, studied by CT-scan, illustrating its principal characteristics.
