Tumeur à cellule géante de la gaine tendineuse des fléchisseurs du quatrième orteil chez un enfant

Giant-cell tumor of the tendon sheath (GCTTS) is part of the pigmented villonodular synovitis spectrum. The most common sites involved by GCTTS are the feet and the hands. We report the case of a 10-year-old boy referred for a painful tumefaction of the sole of the right foot. A combination of X-ray, ultrasonography and MRI explorations suggested the diagnosis of GCTTS. Differential diagnoses and pathology are discussed.
