RésuméLes auteurs rapportent les aspects IRM de la leucodystrophie associée à l’encéphalopathie myoneurogastro-intestinale (MNGIE) à propos d’une observation. La présentation clinique, l’imagerie IRM et l’analyse en spectro-RM sont décrites chez une adolescente explorée pour des vomissements nocturnes récurrents responsables d’un grand état de cachexie.

This paper describes MRI aspects of a leukodystrophy due to the Mitochondrial Neurogastrointestinal Encephalomyopathy syndrome in an adolescent girl investigated for nocturnal recurrent emesis leading to major cachexia.
