Degenerative changes and immune response after transcatheter aortic valve implantation. Comparison with surgical aortic valve replacement

Minimal degenerative changes on TAVI prosthesis were observed in mid- and long-term follow-up. Systemic immune response did not differ between patients after TAVI and SAVR.
