The association between hepatitis C virus infection, genetic polymorphisms of oxidative stress genes and B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma risk in Egypt

► We study NHL risk conferred by HCV infection and oxidative stress genes polymorphism. ► HCV infection is a risk factor for NHL in Egypt. ► Concomitant HCV infection and GPX1 gene polymorphism have a pronounced NHL risk. ► Combined HCV infection and MPO gene polymorphism have a synergetic risk for NHL.
