Tolerability of atomoxetine for treatment of pediatric attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder in the context of epilepsy

► Atomoxetine had no significant effect on seizure frequency or severity. ► No serious adverse events were associated with atomoxetine treatment. ► The response rate to atomoxetine in this stimulant-resistant sample was modest. ► Prospective trials of atomoxetine in children with less refractory epilepsy can be conducted.
