Different serotypes of dengue viruses differently regulate the expression of the host cell antigen processing machinery

- Expression profile of APM upon infection by four DV serotypes were addressed.
- We demonstrated different expression profile by different serotype of DV.
- All four serotypes of DV demonstrated augmentation of MHC class I complex.
- Expression of immunoproteasome, TAP and peptide loading proteins were congruent.
