Effect of duration of scan acquisition on CT perfusion parameter values in primary and metastatic tumors in the lung

CTp parameter values derived from deconvolution modeling can be markedly affected by Tacq, and pre-enhancement set-points. 50 s acquisition may be adequate for BV, but longer than 125 s is probably required for reliable characterization of the other three CTp parameters.
