Studying Constitutional Law allows a better understanding of the relationship between provider, patient and third-party. It also helps to prevent religious tensions at workplaces. These tensions are not provoked by the French “laïcité” itself, but by the ignorance of the rules in force. A better knowledge of constitutional law is also useful to outline the contours of the patient's freedom of thought, conscience and religion.
