The value of hysteroscopic management of cesarean scar pregnancy: a report of 44 cases

Operative hysteroscopy might be recommended as a first-line treatment modality for patients with a cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy, especially when myometrium thickness between bladder and gestational sac is more than 3 mm.
