We investigated the diversity of the microflora attached to eleven interior surfaces of the processing lines of a milk powder processing factory after clean-in-place (CIP) processes. In addition, bacterial biofilms production of strains was evaluated and the alkali and acid tolerance of the bacterial biofilms of strains were analyzed.175
