Comparison of the postoperative analgesic effects of cimicoxib, buprenorphine and their combination in healthy dogs undergoing ovariohysterectomy

Cimicoxib has noninferior postoperative analgesic efficacy compared to buprenorphine, and both drugs have comparable analgesic effects for the control of postoperative pain in bitches undergoing ovariohysterectomy.
