Accidents iatrogènes liés à l'héparinothérapie

Heparins are widely used for thrombosis prophylaxis and antithrombotic treatment for more than fifty years. Their side effects are different and quite various regarding their mechanism and their clinical potential consequences. It is important to be aware of these adverse effects regarding the pejorative prognosis associated with some of them. A more regular record by the pharmacovigilance network is mandatory to improve our knowledge of these unexpected and various side effects related to such a classical treatment.
