Séquestrations pulmonaires : apport de nouvelles techniques d'imagerie chez le fœtus et le nouveau-né
چکیده انگلیسی
Pulmonary sequestration is a congenital anomaly defined as a non functional pulmonary territory separated from its normal bronchial connections and vessels. Blood supply comes from an aberrant systemic artery. During pregnancy ultrasound this anomaly can be investigated with color Doppler when an aberrant artery has a diameter sufficient to be detected. Magnetic resonance imaging associating T1 and fast T2 weighted sequences is helpful in the differential diagnosis with other intrathoracic masses. After birth, invasive methods like angiography are no longer used and have been replaced by US and Doppler, and more recently by multi detector CT with MPR, MIP, 3DVRT reconstructions. Analysis of a few observations and the review of the literature illustrate the contribution of these different recent imaging techniques for both antenatal detection and postnatal assessment.
