Upper Lobe Fibrosis: A Novel Manifestation of Chronic Allograft Dysfunction in Lung Transplantation

Upper lobe fibrosis is a novel presentation of chronic allograft dysfunction in lung transplant recipients and is differentiated from bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome on the basis of physiologic and radiologic findings.
