Cyclopalladated complexes derivates of phenylhydrazones and their use as catalysts in ethylene polymerization

As it is observed in the reaction mechanism, to generate the vacancy in the metallic atom, it is proposed the rupture of the PdN bond of the side non-orthopalladated, since it presents smaller energy bond.
