Translating standards into practice - One Semantic Web API for Gene Expression

► We integrate heterogeneous gene expression datasets published as Linked Data. ► Patterns were identified to match and transform the topology of the data. ► User defined queries are federated over multiple SPARQL endpoints. ► A web application to support integrated queries with new “omics” datasets is provided. ► Reuse of EFO and OBI is encouraged by directly supporting federated queries.
