Juglans mandshurica leaf extract protects skin fibroblasts from damage by regulating the oxidative defense system

► We investigated effect of Juglans mandshurica L. (JME) against H2O2 in HS68 cells. ► JME protected HS68 cells by regulating ROS, GSH, HO-1, and Nrf2 levels. ► JME protected HS68 cells by regulating pERK, pp38, and pJNK. ► In conclusion, JME prevented skin-aging via regulating oxidative defense system.
