Evaluation of the use of amphipathic peptide-based protein carrier for in vitro cancer research

► We design a novel amphipathic peptide RV24 for intracellular protein delivery. ► We evaluate the efficiency and biocompatibility of RV24 in human cancer cell lines. ► RV24 provides up to 5-fold increase in protein quantity delivered into cells. ► RV24 is biocompatible and hence ideal for functional studies in cancer research.
