Albumin fusion renders thioredoxin an effective anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory agent for preventing cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity

We report the renoprotective effect of HSA-Trx against cisplatin nephrotoxicity. This work would enhance developing therapeutics against acute kidney injuries including cisplatin nephrotoxicity.
