ZusammenfassungDer Begriff der Lebensqualität findet sich im Sozialgesetzbuch explizit selten. Im Recht der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung (SGB V) wird er ausdrücklich genannt im Kontext des Anspruchs auf Arzneimittel. Während einerseits Arzneimittel, bei deren Anwendung eine Erhöhung der Lebensqualität im Vordergrund steht, von der Versorgung ausgeschlossen sind (§ 34 Abs. 1 S. 7 SGB V), ist andererseits die Verbesserung der Lebensqualität bei der Kosten-Nutzen-Bewertung von Arzneimitteln (§ 35b SGB V), der frühen Nutzenbewertung (§ 35a SGB V) und bei der Festbetragsgruppenbildung (§ 35 SGB V) für einen und bei einem Anspruch auf Leistungen im Falle einer Krankheit mit zu berücksichtigen.(Wie vom Gastherausgeber eingereicht)
