Immunization with apoptotic pseudovirus transduced cells induces both cellular and humoral responses: A proof of concept study in macaques

► We measure responses after immunization of apoptotic T-cells carrying defective SIV. ► Local transient skin reactions appear at injection site. ► SIV Gag-specific IFN-γ and IL-2 responses are detected. ► SIV Gag-specific antibody response with neutralizing activity are induced.
