Manganese coordination compounds of mefenamic acid: In vitro screening and in silico prediction of biological activity

The interaction of two manganese complexes with mefenamic acid with DNA and serum albumins has been evaluated in vitro and in silico. In silico predictive tools have been employed in order to study the effect of the most active complex on a multitude of proteins.79
