Study on naringenin-CTMAB-DNA system by resonance light scattering technique and its analytical application

► The enhanced RLS signal of DNA was found in the presence of naringenin-CTMAB. ► The optimum conditions for this system were studied in detail. ► The linear range for determination of DNA is 0.017-1.7 μg mL−1. ► The detection limit of this method is 5.06 ng mL−1. ► This method was successfully applied to the determination of DNA.
