Growth and characterization of organic material 2-methylamino-5-chlorobenzophenone single crystal by modified vertical Bridgman technique

► Use the single zone transparent vertical Bridgman furnace. ► Optimized tip part cone angle 23° got the good quality transparent single crystal. ► For growth use three translation rates 0.05 mm/h, 0.03 mm/h and 0.01 mm/h. ► Optimized the translation rate 0.01 mm/h got the good single crystal. ► XRD, FTIR, HRXRD, optical, PL, TG/DTA and dielectric studies analyzed.
