Synthesis, characterization and urease inhibition of a novel acetylhydroxamate-coordinated oxovanadium(V) complex with hydrazone ligand

The first example of a novel acetylhydroxamate coordinated oxovanadium(V) complex with hydrazone ligand was obtained. The complex shows strong urease inhibitory activity with IC50 value of 8.3 ± 1.6 μM.
