Interactions of N-heteroalkylaminomethylenebisphosphonic acids with Cd(II) ions: Electrochemical and spectroscopic investigations

Binding abilities of a(pyridin-2-yl)aminomethanebisphosphonic acid (L4) were compared to the common metal chelator, d-penicillamine performing better in the acidic pH range, comparably in the neutral range and worse in the basic pH range.
