Fabrication and characterization of Ag intermediate transparent and conducting TiON/Ag/TiON multilayer films

► Ag interlayer affect on the optical and electrical properties of the TiON films. ► The crystalline structure of TiON films is not influenced by Ag interlayer. ► TAgT film is a good candidate for a transparent electrode in flat panel displays.
