Tuning photocurrent response through size control of CdTe quantum dots sensitized solar cells

► CdTe QDs band gaps are tuned by controlling size. ► CdTe QDs adsorbed onto TiO2 NPs as sensitizers for solar cells. ► Maximum values of Jsc and η were obtained for the smallest QDs size (2.10 nm).
