Synthesis of polystyrene-grafted-graphene hybrid and its application in electrochemical sensor of dopamine

► Polystyrene-grafted-graphene oxide hybrid was prepared via γ-ray irradiation-induced graft polymerization. ► Polystyrene-grafted-graphene oxide was reduced to polystyrene-grafted-graphene by the solvothermal reduction method. ► The successful graft was confirmed by different measurements. ► The novel hybrid has the potential for electrochemical sensor.
