Surface Manufacturing Under Pulse Fiber Laser

Surface roughness formed under pulse fiber laser radiation is represented as superposition of the suitable initial error profiles. It is conformed that superposition of this profiles forms the total surface micro geometry under pulse laser milling. Specific reasons forming initial error profiles are discussed. Physical model described the micro geometry forming process under pulse laser milling is formulated and confirmed.
