Laboratory experiment, modeling and field application of indigenous microbial flooding

► Indigenous microorganisms in Block Zhan-3 were activated successfully in laboratory. ► We perform the physical simulation experiments of indigenous microbial flooding. ► A reliable mathematical model of IMEOR was established. ► An optimal program of IMEOR for Block Zhan-3 was proposed. ► IMEOR can achieve better effect of water reduction and enhanced oil recovery.
