Limitations in quantum measurements resolution created by cosmic rays

The contribution to the noises created by cosmic rays in terrestrial gravitational wave antennae and in stable clocks is discussed. The analysis shows that substantial potential reserve for the improvement of antennae sensitivity and clocks frequency stability does exist.
