Controverses nutritionnelles en réanimation

The use of nutritional support in critical care medicine is poorly standardized and the answers to several frequent and daily questions are largely controversial. This article will review the controversial issues regarding “who to feed?”, “how to prescribe? How many calories and nitrogen?”, “which are the current places for pharmaconutrients and immunonutrition?” and “where do we stand for intensive insulin therapy?”. For each question, we will discuss recent aspects in order to suggest reasonable and updated answers.
