El lenguaje verbal en homeopatía. Palabras comunes en los pacientes según el reino de su remedio

ResumenIntroducción y objetivosLa identificación del remedio en homeopatia, utiliza el lenguaje verbal del paciente en las personas que tienen capacidad de expresión hablada. El objetivo del estudio es analizar si hay palabras comunes en los pacientes que requieren un remedio del mismo reino natural, y así facilitar el diagnóstico al conocer estas palabras. Algunos autores modernos han aportado sus observaciones en este sentido, definiendo un listado de palabras, verbos y expresiones que atribuyen al grupo del reino natural.MétodoAnálisis de las palabras de los pacientes curados con más de 1 año de evolución. Se analizan las frases, cuando el paciente expresa sensaciones profundas, del tipo de imágenes, metáforas y expresiones instintivas, sin aparente sentido, que son peculiares y repetidas. Los reinos en los cuales nos concentramos principalmente son: mineral, vegetal, hongos y animal, con el subreino humano.ResultadosSe observa una coincidencia en el tipo de palabras para cada reino, y se agrupan en un listado. Cada grupo se puede reducir a una expresión más simple que engloba a las demás, lo cual nos da la característica del grupo que define a cada reino.ConclusionesEl lenguaje verbal es una herramienta útil en el diagnóstico del reino del remedio que necesitará el paciente. Este método es complementario del método clásico de análisis de síntomas característicos a través del repertorio homeopático, y puede aumentar la precisión diagnóstica.

Introduction and objectivesIn homeopathy, the patient's verbal language in persons able to speak is used to identify the remedy. The aim of the present study was to analyze whether common words can be identified in patients requiring a remedy from the same natural kingdom, thus facilitating diagnosis. Some modern authors have reported their observations on this topic, defining a list of words, verbs and expressions that they attribute to a group of the natural kingdom.MethodThe words of cured patients with more than 1year of follow-up were analyzed. Phrases were analyzed when the patient expressed deep sensations, in the form of images, metaphors and instinctive expressions, with no apparent sense, which were peculiar and repeated. We focussed mainly on the mineral, vegetable, fungal and animal kingdoms, as well as the human subkingdom.ResultsA coincidence in the type of words for each kingdom was observed, and these words were grouped into a list. Each list could be reduced to a simpler expression that covered the others, providing the characteristic of the group defining each kingdom.ConclusionsVerbal language is a useful tool in identifying the kingdom of the remedy required by the patient. This method is complementary to the classical method of analyzing characteristic symptoms through the homeopathic repertory and may increase diagnostic accuracy.
