Necessary and sufficient consensus conditions for the eventwise aggregation of lower probabilities

The paper gives sufficient and necessary conditions of consensus requirement for eventwise aggregation of various families of lower probabilities, in particular, of coherent lower probabilities, and properties of the corresponding aggregation functions.
