Endoscopic treatment of the frontal sinus outflow tract in frontal sinus trauma

In the treatment of frontal sinus fractures, it is important to determine the status of the frontal sinus outflow tract. Patency of the tract helps determine the nature of treatment. We discuss options available for the endoscopic treatment of frontal sinus fractures and provide illustrative examples.
